Director of Human Resources
Organize and direct the County's Human Resources systems and services. Assist all County departments with recruitment and selection, employee relations, administration of job classification and wage plans, employee training and development and compliance with employment regulations and guidelines as dictated by Federal, state and local laws.
Manages the benefits and compensation plans, employee safety, EEO compliance and serves as the County's Risk Manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
